    GREEN TEA FROZEN YOGURT 

Makes about 1.4 litres
Ingredients:
720ml (3cups) plain non fat Greek yogurt 
360ml (1 ½ cups) low fat milk (or soy if desired) 
120ml (1/2 cup) agave nectar 
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon green matcha tea powder

METHOD:
- Whisk together yogurt, milk, agave nectar, green matcha tea powder and lemon juice in a large bowl
- Transfer to bowl of ice cream maker and churn according to manufactures instructions, until creamy and smooth.
- Finish with your choice of topping, eg: frozen berries, granola ect  

- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour mixture into freezer-proof container. Put on the lid and place in freezer. After about 45 minutes check mixture. As it starts to freeze around edges beat vigorously with a fork, whisk electric hand mixer or spatula to break up the ice crystals. Repeat periodically until mixture is frozen (about 3-4 hours)
